Business Development Manager Location: [Delhi-NCR]

Role:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

An Inventory Field Manager – Gurgaon/ Noida / Delhi in the commercial real estate sector plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the inventory of properties, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining optimal stock levels. This position combines the responsibilities of inventory management with on-site supervision, requiring a blend of organizational skills and field experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inventory Oversight:
    • Monitor and manage the inventory of commercial properties, including available units, leased spaces, and upcoming vacancies.
    • Maintain accurate records of property statuses, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
  2. On-Site Supervision:
    • Conduct regular site visits to assess property conditions, verify occupancy, and ensure compliance with company standards.
    • Coordinate with property managers and maintenance teams to address any issues promptly.
  3. Client and Tenant Relations:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding inventory-related inquiries.
    • Facilitate clear communication between clients, tenants, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
  4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Utilize inventory management software to track property performance metrics.
    • Generate detailed reports on occupancy rates, lease expirations, and other key indicators to inform strategic decisions.
  5. Regulatory Compliance:
    • Ensure all properties comply with local zoning laws, environmental regulations, and building codes.
    • Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
